All my life I've been told the classic three letter phrase "Jesus loves me" either written(usually in a Comic Sans MS font) or verbalized (usually with a smile). You see, I've been told so many times that I just kind of put it into my head as a little side note, not bothering to actually mediate on the fact that Jesus loves me.
Jesus loves me.
The same Jesus that is the Son of GOD.
The same Jesus that showed and continues to show people hope.
The same Jesus that wore a crown of thorns instead of a deserving crown of jewels.
The same Jesus that died for my sins.
The same Jesus that conquered the grave and rose from the dead.
The same Jesus that rode into town on a donkey, surrounded by shouts of "Hosanna!" on Psalm Sunday.
The same Jesus that was prophesied through Scriptures over 200 years ago before He was even born!
When you take the time to meditate and dwell upon that phrase "Jesus Loves Me" can't you see that all the praise words in the whole dictionary don't compare to how awesome it is that the Son of God loves us.
