"...No it is for God's Glory so that God's Son may be glorified through it." -John 11:4
Lately I've been faced with a lot of hurdles. I haven't been able to sing these last few days because of an injury to my diaphragm, due to excessive singing. It has been a really hard battle lately, especially because singing is my passion and I can pull out a song to any occasion. But through the temptations and trials, I've gotten closer to God these last few days. At first, I was angry that I got hurt. But now after reading this Scripture, I want God to be glorified through this! God, from the beginning of time, had a plan for all of is to flourish and abide in Him. I know He never wanted this injury to happen, but something I am holding in my heart is that He will use this experience so that He is glorified. Use me oh God, my soul is crying out. In this hard time, I will praise Him, for He is good.
" And we know that God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His Purpose." -Romans 8:28
You gave me hope
You made me whole
At the cross
You took my place
You showed me grace
At the cross where You died for me

I am so sorry about your diaphragm. Praying it gets better soon. I too love to sing and wouldn't know what I would do if I couldn't.
