Safe in your arms- Abandon

Safe in your arms by the group Abandon
I'm in a dangerous place
No direction within
I feel lost in myself
Trapped in my skin

It's a critical state
In my mind I can tell
That the future looks dim
If I don't get some help
I am lost without You

Safe in your arms
When I'm weak, You carry me
I am safe in Your arms
You're my strength, You're my safety
Lookin' back on the years
All the blood, sweat, and tears
There were times it was hard

And I fell apart
You're the light at the end
On the road, You're a friend
When I wanna give up, You keep showing up I know I'd be lost without You

With You I'd never walk alone
I know where I belong 'Cause You carry me

Have you ever felt ....overwhelmed? Like you are carrying shackles on your shoulders and try to run a mile? Or trying to balance between homework, dance lessons, making dinner, and then crash while reading your Bible? Like it is hard to balance your life and you feel as if you will just be stressed forever? This is a feeling I have been feeling a lot lately. Whenever I hear this song on Air1, I become all happy because we are safe in His Arms. So bring your troubles to Him- He is an amazing listener! Remember that the Holy Spirit chose you to be His Dwelling Place. Lately I have been really thinking on this how amazing is that Christ chose me for His Dwelling Place, and I am really trying to live it out and not just be a hypocrite and say one thing then do another. So whether it is cleaning the dishes, doing impossible yard work, or even those tough yard work- God chose it for a reason and wants you to have the best day possible ever! =) I hope all you fellow bloggers are having a beautiful day today.
Now....update from me! Tee-hee.
So at Bible Club today, there was only 3 people there not including me, but that is okay. We learned about Revelation and the scrolls. This guy Conner, his dad came in and offered to buy us some study books. How awesome is that? I hope to give the lesson soon, but until then, I will continue to blog on here. =) Thinking about starting another series, but I am not quite sure yet. I got the idea for a series because of a vocabulary word in school. So keep your eyes open! I am logging off now, because I need to do my devotional, read (and possible finish?) Romans, read Forgotten God by Francis Chan, and finish the prayer journal for my new faith-interested friend Stephanie. (: Have a beautiful day today everyone! Remember God made it for a reason. =)
