Today I didn't go to school so no walk through school periods today. lol. I slept in until 10:00 and spent the whole day being lazy. Just kidding, only the morning. Around 10:46 I started reading my Bible. I was turning to 1st Corinthians when a Psalms verse opened up my eyes.
Psalm 37 1-2
"Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong, for like green grass they will soon wither, and like green plants they will soon die away."
I really really like this verse because too many times I am bummed out by the fact that I can't do this or that because it is bad...but it truly is nothing to be sad about. Have you ever seen a beautiful red rose so exotic and beautiful..only to be bummed out it died three weeks later? What I am trying to say is that it might seem good and fun to be "in the crowd" and do sinful things that will look like the red rose..but it will die away. But the Lord remains beautiful and will always be there for us no matter what the circumstance. He won't fade away. He remains forever and ever and ever.
