Be on guard.

The Bible tells us numerous times to be on guard. God told us this so many times because since He made us and knew us before we even were born, He knew how many times Satan was going to tempt us and try to catch us off guard.
By being on guard doesn't necessarily mean that Satan won't try to tempt us. What it means is that through these temptations we can trust in the Lord that He'll deliver us through these temptations and help us not fall into them.
So next time we become tempted by Satan, remember to put on the full armor of God and to stay on guard. Remember that Jesus, the one who holds your heart and knew you before you were born, is helping you through these temptations. You are never ever alone. :)

Very helpful. I love that "Armor of God" verse...I hope I can memorize it and meditate on it because that dumb satan in on me a lot. But that's only because he knows the Lord lives inside of me and He is going to do great things....thus satan attacks. We must always be on guard.
