I was reading iHeart's blog on the Word of God and they mentioned a verse in Psalms that recently had me thinking a lot:
"How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!" -Psalm 119:103
I love studying the meaning of words in Biblical times, so I looked up the word honey. I mean, I like honey and everything on bread and things like that, but honey?! Then I looked it up, and it means very valuable. Isn't it awesome how intimate David was with God by saying something valuable, something he treasures deeply, doesn't EVEN compare to God's Words? I don't know about you, but I am crazy about pickles and mangoes, and that is just some of the foods I am passionate about. But even as much as I love those, they don't even measure up to God's Amazing Glory. Ya know? :D
