"The itsey bitsey spider climbed up the water spout,

Out came the sun and dried up all the rain,
And the itsey bitsey spider climbed up the spout again."
As I was reading this beloved nursery rhyme, I realized that I can totally relate to the itsey bitsey spider. So many times I climb, determined to make a difference, or sit with someone who is alone at lunch. Then the rain comes. It seems like every goal I make, there are obstacles I must get through. It seems as if every time I stand I fall. No matter what happens, I must continue to endure, because the sun WILL come out. In this dry season, I know God is planning a harvest. So, to sum it up, for Christ's sake I will keep going like the itsey bitsey spider...no matter how bad it seems.
I am going from invisible to invincible. There are days where I feel like I am invisible, where I have no say in anything or what happens. But then I realize the plan God has for me...the glorious plan He has in store for me..and that is what keeps me going. I know that God has so many things in store for me...and it all starts with obedience to His Word and remembering His Glory and Mercy for us everyday..I love you Jesus. <3

It's like, every goal or change I want to make for Him (and I guess sometimes for myself) I fall like that spider. But to ask myself...will I ever climb back up?
