marching through march day five

Marching through March day 5

1st Period: We worked on this plant cycle all period. Unfortunately, I messed up so I had to do it all over again. Oh well. While we were working, Mrs. Hawkins put on KISS FM and I realized how much music that I listen to that isn't uplifting, but only provides temporary happiness. I want to change that, so now I am trying to listen to more music that lifts me up and makes me happy for a long time, music that will uplift Him. I'm a big Casting Crowns and Toby Mac fan so I am going to begin to start to listen to them again.<3

2nd period- Kind of straight-forward. Just reviewed some songs. We sang in Latin for some parts, which is really really really cool. (: I love singing in multi-languages.

3rd Period- We ended up playing this team who was so obnoxious. After we played, we went up to the locker room and had around 2 minutes to change. Oh well. I know Satan is trying to tempt me with gossiping about how that sucked, but I am going to see the good in this. At least the sun was still shining and not raining. At least we had 2 minutes to change instead of 1 or 30 seconds. Thank you God for helping me see the good, for I couldn't do it alone.

4th Period- I ended up presenting. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Instead it was really lightweight and fun. I ended up getting a 30 out of 30 on my project which is awesome. As much as I am tempted to say it was me who had the guts to get up there and get a good score, but truly God gave me the courage to do so. Without His Strength, I would be lost....truly.

5th period- We read this story about a planet who only gets sun for one day...no worries it was a fictional story, I promise. (: It was very very very interesting.

6th period- I finished my math homework RIGHT before the bell rang...oh yea. I need prayer, because next week we are doing some weird type of math that I have never liked. Please pray. (:

7th period- We watched a movie about the basic elements of poetry and drama and took a page and a half of notes. Yes, sub days are fun. Jk.

Well..I think I'm ready for Day 6.
But not without God.
