I can't wait for the season of fall to begin. I can't wait to wake up with lots and lots of blankets on me instead of the sweat that comes from the blistering summer heat. I can't wait to wake up to the smell of pumpkin pancakes being made, the sound of laughter flooding a room, and the feeling of love in the atmosphere. I can't wait to sip apple juice while watching the Charlie Brown Halloween special. I can't wait to change my former wardrobe of shorts and tank tops to long sleeves, cardigans, and Uggs. I can't wait to take pictures of the leaves changing color. I can't wait to carve pumpkins, crochet scarves (I don't know how yet, but maybe I'll learn!) and to read my Bible sipping a cup of warm tea.
